DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

WAVFlow5 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), WAVFlow5 has adopted the following policy concerning copyright infringement.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content hosted on WAVFlow5 infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice with the following information:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email.

• A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

• The URL or exact location of the infringing material on our platform.

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

• Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Response and Removal

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, WAVFlow5 will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

• Notify the content uploader of the takedown.

• Document the complaint and action taken for records and compliance.

3. Counter Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email.

• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal.

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your location, or if outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction in any U.S. judicial district where WAVFlow5 may be found.

• Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

WAVFlow5 will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, user accounts that are repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to disable any account found to be violating intellectual property laws.
